PRIVACY POLICY

Respect for your information.

Effective August 28, 2026

Calven Marketing LLC, operating as Calven Marketing (“Calven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides Google Ads campaign services. This policy explains how we handle information from website visitors, prospective clients, purchasers, and clients.

Information you provide

We may collect your name, contact information, business name, website, advertising goals, campaign-format preferences, budget, audience and location information, account identifiers, account-access status, campaign history, product and Merchant Center information, YouTube or video information, creative materials and links, tracking details, payment status, communications, and other information you choose to provide through checkout, email, or the Calven onboarding workflow. Optional information may be left blank instead of guessed.

Website and device information

When you visit this site, our hosting and measurement providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, and site interactions. Vercel provides hosting and website analytics. Google Tag Manager loads the Google measurement tags configured for this site; those tags may use cookies or similar technologies depending on their configuration and your browser settings.

Payments

Stripe hosts and processes checkout when payment is available. Stripe receives the payment and transaction information needed to process the purchase; Calven does not receive your complete card number. After Stripe verifies a successful payment, Calven creates a project record and sends the purchaser a private onboarding link.

Resumable onboarding

The Calven website stores onboarding answers and client-reported account-access status in a private Supabase database. The onboarding link is an access credential: it lets the purchaser return without creating a password, saves progress, and should not be forwarded. Calven may send reminders while paid onboarding remains incomplete. Reminders stop after submission.

Campaign asset storage

Clients may upload images, logos, videos, documents, product feeds, catalogs, existing ads, and other campaign materials to a private project-specific Supabase Storage bucket or provide approved HTTPS links to YouTube, cloud storage, websites, product feeds, and similar sources. The workflow records the client's description, category, and confirmation that the business owns the material or may use it in advertising. Calven may make normal format adjustments for Google Ads and presents the campaign for client review before launch. Uploaded assets are not public and are accessible only through restricted project workflows. Do not upload passwords, authentication secrets, payment-card information, unnecessary customer records, unlawful material, or files the business does not have permission to use.

Account access

Clients provide account identifiers and report whether Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, website, Merchant Center, YouTube, and other relevant access has been created or shared. Calven manually verifies the reported access. Do not submit passwords, card numbers, recovery codes, authentication secrets, or unnecessary customer records. Grant access only through the relevant platform's official manager, invitation, or user-access controls.

Internal client input package

After onboarding is submitted, Calven may create a private downloadable input package containing the client's campaign answers, an asset manifest, uploaded creative files, and links the client supplied. Payment records, manager-link status, workflow state, and Calven's internal verification checklist are kept separately and are not intended for the AI input package. Calven may use the input package with professional software and artificial-intelligence or research tools to plan, review, and perform the purchased service. The package is designed to exclude payment-card data, bank information, passwords, recovery codes, authentication secrets, and private end-customer records.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the website, process purchases and refunds, provide resumable onboarding and private asset handling, deliver advertising and measurement services, communicate about the engagement, verify access and creative readiness, maintain legal and business records, improve our service, and understand whether our site and advertising are working. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

The current workflow may use Vercel for hosting and analytics, Supabase for project, onboarding, and private asset storage, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, Google for advertising, Merchant Center, YouTube, analytics, tag management, and account access, and professional AI or research systems used to perform the service. Links supplied by a client may also point to the client's chosen cloud-storage or media provider. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Provider notices: Vercel Privacy Notice, Supabase Privacy Policy, Stripe Privacy Policy, Resend Privacy Policy, and Google Privacy Policy.

Security

We use access controls, private database tables and storage, opaque access links, short-lived upload and download grants, limited-role integrations, and other reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service. Private onboarding and review links should be treated like sign-in links. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and your choices

We retain information and creative materials for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and for security, payment, tax, legal, dispute, and business-record purposes. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information or creative material you submitted by emailing contact@calvenpartners.com. We may retain records where required or permitted by law. You may also control cookies through your browser and use Google's available privacy controls.

Children

This site and Calven's services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the site, services, or providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to contact@calvenpartners.com.
